Most recently, Lalumia worked at Argosy Casino Hotel and Spa as Chef and Restaurant Manager, where he was responsible for four unique restaurants and well as the training of more than 65 employees. During his seven year tenure at Argosy, health Lalumia showcased his acumen for preparing luxury dishes and menus, as well as mentoring his team.

One of Lalumia’s first orders of business was to create an innovative menu for Kansas City’s upcoming Restaurant Week. From Friday, January 16 to Sunday, January 25, guests will enjoy a special fixed-price menu including a starter, entrée and dessert for a total of $33 per person.
