Justin Voldan New Executive Chef at 12 Baltimore in the Hotel Phillips

Chef Voldan to Head Up Culinary Team as Hotel Renovation Reaches Conclusion!

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (September 28, 2011) – - – The Hotel Phillips has just announced that Justin Voldan will be the new executive chef in 12 Baltimore and the hotel. Chef Justin was most recently at the Geneva Chophouse in the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa in Lake Geneva, Wis. At the Hotel Phillips he will lead the culinary team for all banquets and catering, including special events. In 12
Baltimore he will develop menus for the restaurant and bar and oversee a kitchen where all dishes are created from scratch.

Commenting on the new executive chef appointment, Hotel Phillips’ general manager Dan Bergmann said, “I am extremely pleased to have chef Justin join our team. He has demonstrated in his career the commitment to quality and culinary innovation that we want in
